Director of Compliance

Carrie Brown brings over 20 years’ experience in asset-based lending which include field examiner, Account Executive, Underwriter, and Compliance Manager. Carrie joined Edge Capital Lending in 2020 as an Underwriter and has recently rejoined the Edge team as Director of Compliance. Carrie is responsible for ensuring that the company’s processes and procedures comply with its licensure requirements and internal policies as well as all proper due diligence and documentation has met company standards. Carrie has a passion for customer service and a dedication not only to her team but to the customer experience as well.

Carrie holds a Master of Finance with a specialization in fraud management from Colorado State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
