Controller

Jason King is Edge’s Controller, overseeing the firm’s accounting, reporting and forecasting functions and managing treasury and borrowing relationships. Prior to Edge, Jason held Controller roles at a systematic managed-futures asset manager, a middle-market private equity firm and a national small business lender. Jason has a long history of redesigning reporting and forecasting for firms, implementing accounting information systems, and leveraging technology to improve controls, streamline processes and monitor expenses. A Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland, Jason holds bachelor degrees in accounting and business administration from Villanova University and a master’s degree in finance from Loyola University in Maryland.
